TrackTECH evaluates the full machine serial number and, when required, the drive configuration before selecting the physical replacement part.

Serial-Number Fitment

The governed T770 fitment record currently identifies OEM references 6693237 and 7240006 across different serial ranges and machine configurations. The resolver narrows the correct reference from the machine serial and only asks for drive configuration when the serial range requires it.

7240006 Linked to Live Inventory

The sellable 7240006 router variant is natively linked to the physical TrackTECH FI7240006 product in Shopify. Inventory and fulfillment remain governed by the underlying physical part rather than a duplicate machine-specific stock record.

6693237 Requires Verification

Earlier T770 configurations can resolve to OEM reference 6693237. TrackTECH does not currently have a sellable canonical 6693237 product mapped in Shopify, so those matches are routed to parts-counter verification instead of checkout.

Verify Before Shipment

TrackTECH verifies the machine serial number and applicable configuration before shipment when the governed fitment record requires confirmation. This protects against ordering the wrong undercarriage component for the machine.

Inspect the Full Undercarriage

Front idlers, rear idlers, rollers, sprockets, and rubber tracks wear as a system. Inspect alignment, bearings, track tension, sprocket wear, and roller condition before installing new undercarriage components.
