What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an incorrect or defective part, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

What if I receive the wrong size?

If fitment was confirmed using our system but the track doesn’t match, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for return/exchange instructions. (Note: customers are responsible for verifying their machine’s exact submodel before ordering.)

Do you offer bulk pricing or discounts?

Yes. Fleet managers, contractors, military men and women, and repeat buyers can request custom quotes for the best possible pricing. Bulk orders lower your cost per track and help reduce downtime across your entire fleet.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes — every rubber track comes with an 18-Month Certified Warranty against manufacturer defects. A manufacturer defect means a failure caused by the way the track was built — not by how it was used.

Shipping

What are your delivery options?

Standard Free Freight Delivery – All orders ship free within the continental U.S. via LTL or ground freight. Most arrive in 1–3 business days.


Terminal Pickup – Choose to pick up from your nearest freight terminal for faster access and easier scheduling. This option is perfect for contractors on the move.


Residential Delivery – We can deliver directly to homes, farms, or private properties. Please note: residential deliveries may take one extra day based on carrier routing.


Jobsite Delivery – Need it on-site? We can coordinate with your crew to drop the order directly at your job location whenever possible.

How quickly will my order ship?

We offer fast shipping nationwide — most orders ship same business day if ordered before 2PM Central time.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship across the United States, including residential addresses, job sites, freight terminals, and commercial businesses. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check your shipment’s progress at any Track My Shipment
