Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original condition, free of dirt, oil, or jobsite wear
  • Shipped back in original or equivalent protective packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Installed or used tracks
  • Products damaged by improper installation, misuse, or operation outside specifications
  • Sale items or gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@newrubbertrack.com or call (850) 816-7898 to request a Return Authorization (RA).
  2. Provide your order number, machine model, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions for shipping to:

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of returned products.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns not caused by a TrackTECH error. No restocking fee applies if the return is due to our mistake (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

Need a different size or tread pattern? We're happy to help. Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the replacement product differs in price, you'll be charged or refunded the difference. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your tracks arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately:

  • For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at delivery.
  • Take photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Notify TrackTECH within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Fitment Responsibility

We provide detailed specifications and fitment information for every product. However, it's the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility with your specific machine model and sub-model before ordering. Not sure? Contact us — we're here to help you get the right fit.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
