These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from TrackTECH (Tracktech Equipment Solutions LLC) on newrubbertrack.com and Shop.

By placing an order you agree to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

Orders

An automated confirmation is not final acceptance. TrackTECH may verify payment, inventory, shipping, or fitment information before fulfilling an order. If we cancel after payment, we refund the original payment method.

Pricing

Prices, availability, and product information may change. TrackTECH is not required to honor an incorrect price caused by a typographical, technical, supplier, or data error.

Fitment

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate machine, model, and track-size information. Contact TrackTECH before ordering when fitment is uncertain. Do not install a product that appears incorrect.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns require authorization and are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Eligible rubber tracks carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturer defects.
