TrackTECH rubber tracks are supported by fitment-first service and a 24-month rubber track warranty on eligible products. Warranty support works best when fitment, installation, undercarriage condition, and operating conditions are documented.
What To Confirm Before Ordering
- Machine make, model, and serial information when available.
- Existing track size, including width, pitch, links, and guide letter.
- Track tread pattern and application requirements.
- Delivery address, liftgate needs, and receiving access.
What To Check During Installation
- Inspect sprockets, rollers, idlers, and tension components.
- Clean packed debris from the undercarriage.
- Set track tension according to the machine service guidance.
- Run the machine slowly and recheck tension after a short break-in period.
