Simple Claim Process

Clear photos (or short video) speed up review. Follow these steps before you email your claim.

  1. Zoom Out

    Provide an overview photo or video that clearly displays the track in question on the machine.

  2. Track Size / Logo

    Provide a close-up photo or video that clearly shows the part number or logo on the inside of the track.

  3. Serial Number

    Provide a close-up photo or video that clearly shows the serial number on the inside of the track.

  4. Undercarriage

    Provide an overview photo or video that clearly shows undercarriage components — sprockets, rollers, and idlers.

Submit Claim

Send your signed warranty certificate plus clear, identifiable photos. Unclear photos may delay review.

  • Detailed images of sprockets, rollers, and idlers
  • Overview of the track on the machine and close-ups of size/logo and serial

Warranty & Support

TrackTECH rubber tracks are backed by fitment-first service and a 24-month rubber track warranty on eligible products. Coverage includes hassle-free protection for manufacture defects and misalignments. Warranty support works best when fitment, installation, undercarriage condition, and operating conditions are documented.

Warranty coverage is only useful when the product is correctly matched, installed, and maintained. Track life depends on terrain, operator habits, tension, debris, undercarriage wear, and travel distance. This information helps TrackTECH review issues faster and separate product concerns from fitment, installation, or undercarriage problems.

Each eligible order includes a warranty certificate documenting coverage. Use the claim steps above, then email your signed certificate and photos to support@newrubbertrack.com.
