Bobcat 325 Rubber Tracks & Parts

The Bobcat 325 is cataloged in more than one track width — 300 / 320 mm. Pick the width your undercarriage is actually set up for, then choose tread for the ground you work. Free freight to the lower 48 on every track, 24-month warranty.

Which width fits your Bobcat 325

• 320x54x72 — 320 mm (13") wide, 54 mm pitch, 72 links
• 300x52.5x74 — 300 mm (12") wide, 52.5 mm pitch, 74 links

These are not interchangeable by preference — the width your machine takes is set by the roller frame and sprocket it left the factory with. Wider tread floats better on soft ground and spreads ground pressure; narrower runs cheaper, turns easier and clears tight spots. Measure the existing track across the tread face before you order.

Tread choice for the Bobcat 325

Size gets the track on the machine; tread decides how it works and how long it lasts. What we stock for this one:

• MX — mixed and hard surfaces. A durable general-duty excavator tread

Rollers, idlers and sprockets wear on the same clock as the track. Fitting new rubber over a hooked sprocket or a seized roller is the fastest way to lose the new track — check these while the tracks are off:

• Drive sprocket — 6813372
• Front idler — 7199074
• Bottom roller — 7019167, RD809-21703, 6814886AM

Where more than one part number is listed, Bobcat changed that component across serial ranges. Match the number stamped on the part you are replacing, or send us the machine serial and we will pick it.

How these wear

Excavator undercarriages load one side hard on slew and travel, so link cracking usually shows up before the tread wears out. Replace in pairs where you can: a new track running against a stretched one loads the drive unevenly and you will feel it in the steering.

Same track, other machines

Track size follows undercarriage geometry, not brand, so one of these sizes shows up on machines from several makers. If you run any of these alongside the Bobcat 325, it is the same belt:

• Bobcat 325D
• Bobcat 325G
• Bobcat 328
• Bobcat 328E
• Bobcat X225
• Bobcat X325
• Bobcat X325D
• Bobcat X325G
• Bobcat X328
• Bobcat X328E

Not sure which you are running? Read the size off the inside of the old track, or call (850) 816-7898 and we will pull it off the machine record. The Track Finder works by make and model too.
