Processing & Handling

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day.
• Shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed once dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

• Freight Terminal Pickup (Fastest): Pick up from nearest freight hub.
• Business & Jobsite Delivery: Direct delivery with dock/forklift access.
• Residential Delivery: May add 1 business day. Liftgate included when required.
• Farm & Remote Locations: Nationwide delivery available with additional lead time.

Transit Times

• Standard delivery: 1–3 business days to most U.S. regions.
• West Coast & remote regions: 3–5 business days.

Damages & Claims

Inspect your shipment immediately. If damage is visible, note it on the bill of lading and notify TrackTECH within 24 hours with photos for expedited replacements.
