Cancellation Policy

TrackTECH does not sell subscription products. This page is the cancellation policy for one-time orders placed on newrubbertrack.com or through Shop.

Cancel before shipment

If your order has not shipped, call (850) 816-7898 or email sales@newrubbertrack.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will cancel the order while it is still in processing and refund the original payment method.

Orders that have already been picked, palletized, or handed to the carrier cannot be cancelled in transit. Those orders follow the Return & Refund Policy.

After shipment

Most new, unopened, unused, and unaltered items may be returned within 90 days of delivery. Return authorization is required. Do not ship a product back until TrackTECH provides instructions.

Warranty

Eligible rubber tracks carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty claims are handled separately from cancellations. Email support@newrubbertrack.com with your order number and photos.
