The size 450x86x58 describes the three key dimensions of the track: 450mm wide (17.7") × 86.0mm pitch (distance between lug centers) × 58 links (total lugs around the loop). All three numbers must match your current track — width determines machine fit, pitch must match the drive sprocket, and link count sets the overall track length.

The 450x86x58 is available in 3 tread patterns:

• C-Block: Heavy construction, asphalt work, concrete yards, rocky ground. Turns easier and provides improved machine control. Longest life on hard surfaces, slightly less traction in mud.
• Zig-Zag: Stepped, interlocking lug design creates biting edges in every direction — prevents side-slipping on ice, snow, and wet clay. Lower ground pressure reduces ruts on finished lawns. Bi-directional stability for shuttle work.
• Multi-Bar: Deep straight-bar design bites into soft mud and loose soil for industry-leading grip on inclines. Higher shore-hardness rubber resists gouging from roots and debris. Wide bar spacing self-cleans mud and snow.

Most operators get 1,500–2,000 hours out of a set in general construction use. Rocky ground, concrete yards, or demolition work drops that to 800–1,200 hours. Snow, turf, and dirt work push it past 2,500 hours with good maintenance. Inspect monthly — replace when lugs are worn to half-height or you see exposed steel cord.

General rule of thumb: replace sprockets every other track change. However, if you operate in sand, rocky ground, or demolition environments, sprocket wear accelerates and you should inspect — and often replace — with every track change. Worn sprockets (hooked teeth, flattened profile) will destroy a brand-new track within 200 hours. If in doubt, replace them together — cheaper than a ruined track.

Each 450x86x58 track weighs approximately 579 lbs. Both tracks ship together on a single pallet via free LTL freight to the contiguous 48 states. A forklift or liftgate is recommended for delivery. Orders placed before noon CT ship same-day.
