24-Month Coverage
Full warranty protection for two years from date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Every TrackTECH rubber track comes with our official 24-month warranty certificate. Keep this document with your purchase records.
Your warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers all manufacturing defects for a full 24 months.

Proper Installation Matters
Proper installation is critical for track longevity and warranty coverage. Always follow manufacturer guidelines for track tension and alignment.
Key installation tips:
- Ensure proper track tension (1-2 inch sag)
- Check sprocket and roller alignment
- Inspect undercarriage for wear
- Break in new tracks for first 10 hours

How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your track has a manufacturing defect, follow these steps:
- Document the issue — Take clear photos of the defect
- Gather your info — Order number, purchase date, machine model
- Contact us — Call (850) 816-7898 or email support
- Send photos — We'll review and respond within 24-48 hours
Approved claims receive free replacement shipping.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns
Unused, uninstalled tracks may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Condition Requirements
Tracks must be in original packaging, never mounted, and free of any damage or dirt.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to defects or our error.
Wrong size? If we helped you choose the wrong track, we'll cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
