What is the shipping cutoff for same-day dispatch?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days to the continental U.S. Your tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order — no minimums, no surcharges, no exceptions. The price you see is the price you pay.
Which carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via XPO Logistics for LTL freight and FedEx for smaller shipments. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our dock.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at (850) 816-7898. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once in transit, changes may not be possible depending on the carrier.
What if my tracks arrive damaged?
Inspect your delivery upon arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at (850) 816-7898. Our 24-month warranty and support team will make it right.
Where do you deliver?
We ship free to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not currently offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
