Advanced abrasion-resistant rubber, a continuous steel-cord core, and drop-forged, heat-treated steel links provide strength under repeated pushing, turning, grading, loading, and travel. Heavy-duty construction adds approximately 30% more rubber than standard-duty replacements through high-wear areas to help resist stretching, cuts, tearing, chunking, and premature abrasion.

Inspect sprockets, rollers, idlers, alignment, and track tension before installation. Worn mating components or incorrect tension can accelerate track wear and reduce service life. Set final track tension to Caterpillar's service specification after installation.
