Case 440CT Heavy-Duty Rubber Tracks | 320x86x50 & 400x86x50
Heavy-duty replacement rubber tracks for the Case 440CT Compact Track Loader, offered in 320x86x50 and 400x86x50. CASE describes tracked machines around lower ground pressure, stable operation, ground contact, flotation, and traction; track width changes how those advantages are applied to the job.
Choose Track Width for the Work
320x86x50: The narrower footprint concentrates more machine weight over a smaller contact area for higher ground pressure, strong pushing performance on firm ground, tighter access, and typically lower replacement cost.
400x86x50: The wider footprint spreads machine weight across more surface area for lower ground pressure, improved flotation, greater stability, and reduced surface disturbance in mud, sand, soft soil, landscaping, and finish-grade applications.
Choose the Tread for the Work
-
C-Block: Broad block contact provides stable all-around traction and predictable steering across dirt, gravel, hardpack, rock, concrete, and general construction.
-
Multi-Bar: A high-contact bar layout supports smooth travel, consistent traction, and reduced vibration across dirt, sand, packed ground, wet conditions, and hard flat surfaces.
-
Zig-Zag: Stepped, angled lugs create multiple biting edges and open cleanout channels for mud, wet clay, snow, loose soil, and slopes.
-
Staggered Block: Alternating blocks balance traction, machine stability, and ride quality across mixed dirt, gravel, and hardpack.
Heavy-Duty Track Construction
Advanced abrasion-resistant rubber, a continuous steel-cord core, and drop-forged, heat-treated steel links provide strength under repeated pushing, turning, grading, loading, and travel. Heavy-duty construction uses approximately 30% more rubber than standard-duty replacements through high-wear areas to help resist stretching, cuts, tearing, chunking, and premature abrasion.
Undercarriage & Track Life
Inspect sprockets, rollers, idlers, alignment, and track tension before installation. Worn components, debris packing, or incorrect tension can accelerate wear and reduce service life. Set final track tension to CASE service specifications after installation.
Warranty & Support
Nationwide fulfillment is available, backed by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects and application support when needed.
