ASV VT-70 Rubber Tracks

Replacement rubber tracks for the ASV VT-70 compact track loader in 381x100.5x42 — 381 mm wide, 100.5 mm pitch, 42 links. Built for grading, loading, pallet work and land clearing, with free freight to the lower 48.

What the numbers mean on a ASV VT-70

  • 381x100.5x42 — 381 mm tread width (about 15"), 100.5 mm pitch, 42 links

Width is the tread face, pitch is the distance between drive lugs, and links is the count around the loop. All three have to match — a track one link off will not tension correctly no matter how close the width is.

Tread choice for the ASV VT-70

Size gets the track on the machine; tread decides how it works and how long it lasts. What we stock for this one:

  • Multi-Bar — mud, snow and soft ground. Deep bar lugs bite and shed material instead of packing up

Undercarriage parts for the ASV VT-70

Rollers, idlers and sprockets wear on the same clock as the track. Fitting new rubber over a hooked sprocket or a seized roller is the fastest way to lose the new track — check these while the tracks are off:

How these wear

CTLs run high ground speed and counter-rotate all day, which is what eats edge lugs and drive lugs first. Replace in pairs where you can: a new track running against a stretched one loads the drive unevenly and you will feel it in the steering.

Same track, other machines

Track size follows undercarriage geometry, not brand, so 381x100.5x42 shows up on machines from several makers. If you run any of these alongside the ASV VT-70, it is the same belt:

Not sure which you are running? Read the size off the inside of the old track, or call (850) 816-7898 and we will pull it off the machine record. The Track Finder works by make and model too.

  • 100% Virgin Rubber

Engineered to resist chunking, tearing, and cutting in harsh, abrasive environments.

  • Continuous Steel Cords

Jointless internal cable architecture eliminates structural weak points and maximizes overall tensile strength.

  • Drop-Forged Links

Precision heat-treated guide lugs ensure exact sprocket engagement and prevent de-tracking under heavy side-loads.

  • Corrosion Resistant

The internal steel framework is fully encapsulated to prevent oxidation, rust, and moisture penetration.

  • Reinforced Sidewalls

Extra-thick vulcanized rubber and tapered edge profiles protect against curb slashing and lateral impacts from jobsite debris.

  • Low-Vibration Tread

Optimized lug spacing and pitch geometry absorb shock, reducing undercarriage wear and minimizing cabin vibration.

What are the best rubber tracks for the ASV VT-70?
The best ASV VT-70 track depends on terrain and application. Current tread choices include Multi-Bar — turf, asphalt, landscaping, paved snow removal and finished surfaces. Compare traction, ride quality, cleanout, ground disturbance and wear for the work you do most.
Where can I buy new tracks for a ASV VT-70?
TrackTECH offers new heavy-duty replacement tracks for the ASV VT-70 with low direct pricing, free shipping, fast nationwide delivery and 24-month rubber-track warranty protection. Current prices and available tread options are shown on the page.

Should I replace worn tracks on a used ASV VT-70?
If a used ASV VT-70 has worn, cracked or damaged tracks, replacement can improve traction, ride quality, job readiness and how the machine presents at resale. Inspect the undercarriage condition at the same time so new tracks are not being installed over obviously worn components.
