Komatsu PC75UU-3 Rubber Tracks & Parts

Q: What size rubber tracks fit a Komatsu PC75UU-3?

The Komatsu PC75UU-3 can use 450 x 81N x 76 or 450 x 83.5K x 74 rubber tracks. Match the full size on the track you are replacing before you order. If your machine has more than one track setup, choose the width and guide style that matches the track currently on the machine.

The Komatsu PC75UU-3 takes a 450 mm track, but it was built with more than one pitch — 81 and 83.5 mm. Same width, different drive-lug spacing, and they do not swap. Check the old track or the sprocket before ordering. Free freight to the lower 48, 24-month warranty.

Komatsu PC75UU-3 track options

450x83.5x74 — 450 mm (18") wide, 83.5 mm pitch, 74 links
450x81Nx76 — 450 mm (18") wide, 81 mm pitch, 76 links, narrow guide lugs

Same tread width on all of them — what changes is pitch and link count, which is set by the sprocket and roller frame. Read the numbers off the inside of the old track rather than going by model year; these were built across more than one undercarriage spec.

Tread choice for the Komatsu PC75UU-3

Size gets the track on the machine; tread decides how it works and how long it lasts. What we stock for this one:

How these wear

Excavator undercarriages load one side hard on slew and travel, so link cracking usually shows up before the tread wears out. Replace in pairs where you can: a new track running against a stretched one loads the drive unevenly and you will feel it in the steering.

Same track, other machines

Track size follows undercarriage geometry, not brand, so one of these sizes shows up on machines from several makers. If you run any of these alongside the Komatsu PC75UU-3, it is the same belt:

Not sure which you are running? Read the size off the inside of the old track, or call (850) 816-7898 and we will pull it off the machine record. The Track Finder works by make and model too.
