The ASV RT-75 is a multi-terrain loader known for its Posi-Track suspended undercarriage system, which delivers lower ground pressure and better ride quality than conventional CTLs. Track fitment for ASV machines is unique — here's what you need to know.
ASV RT-75 Track Size
The RT-75 takes a 457x101.6x51 rubber track with an NMC (non-metal core) guide system. That's approximately 18 inches wide with a 101.6mm (4-inch) pitch and 51 links. The NMC guide is specific to ASV's multi-terrain loader design — it uses rubber guide lugs rather than the metal-core guides found on most CTLs.
Why ASV Tracks Are Different
ASV's Posi-Track system uses a longer undercarriage with more rollers and a unique suspension geometry. This means ASV tracks are not interchangeable with standard B-guide CTL tracks, even if the width looks similar. Always confirm the NMC guide type when ordering replacement tracks for any ASV machine.
Tread Options for the RT-75
Multi-Bar is the standard tread pattern for ASV multi-terrain loaders. The multi-bar design provides balanced traction across surfaces from turf to gravel. For more aggressive applications, C-Block patterns are available in the NMC guide configuration. ASV operators doing landscaping, golf course work, or cemetery maintenance typically prefer Multi-Bar for its turf-friendly footprint.
